PURPOSE: To prevent rain from coming in by a method wherein elevating members are arranged to the periphery of a flat board-form moving beam locked to a preceding by built building structure, and a screen body is suspended along the elevating members to cover the outside of the structure therewith. ;CONSTITUTION: A flat board-form moving beam 2 is locked above the topmost floor of a preceding by built building structure 1 and a number of wires 4 are suspended at intervals of a specified distance from the periphery of the forward end of the flat board-form moving beams 2. The wire 4 is provided at its lower end with a temporary scaffolding 5 serving as a weight and a curing net 7 is stretched between the wires 4. The temporary scaffolding 5 is locked to the structure 1 through a guide member 8 arranged on an outer wall, and the wire 4 is elevated through drive of a winch 6.
