PURPOSE: To easily specify a leakage place in a construction such as a common ditch constructed by connecting vertically bisected type tubular concrete blocks in regular succession. ;CONSTITUTION: A vertically bisected type tubular concrete block formed of an upper block 2 and a lower block 3 is used. At the time of connecting the tubular blocks to each other, cavities are formed at the meeting parts of vertical and lateral blocks, and water swelling water stop material 21 is filled in the cavities. Belt-like elastic sealants 12 are interposed between the vertical connecting faces and between the longitudinal connecting faces, in a continuous state so as to hold the water stop material 21 from both inner and outer sides, and a passage is formed between the inner and outer belt-like elastic sealants 12, 12.
