PURPOSE:To prevent the unmatching of common information out of file environmental information between machines from occurring and to freely change individual information at every machine. CONSTITUTION:A common information managing means 11 manages the common information for which matching between every machine should be taken out of the file environmental information by a common information server 1. A common information distribution means 3 distributes the common information managed by the common information server 1 to another machine 2. An individual information managing means 21 manages the individual information for individual machine to display the common information on file environment 29 on every machine 2, and a file environment configuring means 25 configures the file environment 29 required for the operation of the machine 2 based on the common information distributed by the common information distribution means 3 and the individual information of the individual machine.
