PURPOSE:To inexpensively produce a useful plant having an excellent gene, by making anlage conglomerate of seedling into small pieces and then subjecting the small pieces of anlage conglomerate of seedling to liquid shaking culture. CONSTITUTION:A stem of a polar is sterilized, a stem top part containing a growth point is sterilely cut out, planted to a liquid medium and subjected to rotary culture to give an anlage conglomerate of seedling. The anlage conglomerate of seedling is further made into small pieces and the cleaned material is subjected to shaking culture in an artificial medium.
