PURPOSE: To suppress the generation of a coarse particle and to obtain the liq. with the chromaticity controllable in the production of a micelle dispersing liq. or a micelle solubilizing soln. to disperse a hydrophobic substance, a ferrocene-derivative surfactant and a supporting electrolyte in an aq. medium by specifying the equilibrium concn. of the micelle dispersing liq. or micelle solubilizing soln. ;CONSTITUTION: The micelle dispersing liq. or micelle solubilizing soln. to disperse an inorg. substance or hydrophobic org. substance (e.g. phthalocyanine) and a ferrocene-derivative surfactant in an aq. medium (e.g. water) is produced. In this case, the equilibrium concn. of the micelle dispersing liq. or micelle solubilizing soln. is controlled to 0.05 to 2.8 millimol/l. As a result, the safe micelle dispersing liq. or micelle solubilizing soln. capable of suppressing the generation of a coarse particle is obtained. Consequently, a thin film nonuniform in thickness and without color separation and delamination is formed.
