PURPOSE: To simplify a structure and to assure the reliability and safety of an optical fiber cord in the case the optical fiber cord is graded to an annular shape in the space between the easing base and installation surface of a desk type optical communication device. CONSTITUTION: The optical fiber cord 4 is graded to the annular form between the base and installation surface of the desk type optical communication device having base legs 7 consisting of elastic materials and holding parts 8 for holding the optical fiber cords are formed at these base legs. As a result, the number of parts is easily decreased and the curvature of the ring of the optical fiber cord is increased. The reliability to hooking parts is improved.
