摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title compsn. soluble in an org. solvent and having excellent pigment dispersion, low temp. curability and weather resistance by mixing a specified copolymer with a fluorinated surface modifier and polymerizing them. CONSTITUTION:A copolymer wherein a fluoroolefin (e.g. chlorotrifluoroethylene), an alpha-olefin compd. (e.g. vinyl acetate), a hydroxylated allyl ether (e.g. ethylene glycol monoallyl ether) and a carboxylated monomer (e.g. vinyl acetate) are essential component and a fluorinated surface modifier (e.g. Modiber F100 manufactured by Nippon Oil & Fats Co., Ltd.) are mixed and polymerized.
