PURPOSE:To lessen the burden of an actuator with little effort by using a control circuit in order to be free from an iced condition of a snow ejecting chute and a chute cap, and thereby letting the actuator be reciprocated automatically and intermittently. CONSTITUTION:When a manual switch is turned on, it is judged whether or not an actuator 55 is locked (iced). When it is found to have not been locked, a device is normally in operation. When it is found to have been locked, the device is in a waiting condition for 0.5 seconds, following which, the device is turned twice to the right and the left respectively so that the actuator corresponds to a waiting condition for 2 seconds with an electric supply turned off so as to let it be cooled. The device may be free from an iced condition by repeating a normal operation, a reverse operation and waiting as set forth herein above. However, when the device still remains in the iced condition, electric supply to the actuator is turned off so as to let it forcively wait for 2 seconds so that the actuator is prevented form being overloaded.
