PURPOSE: To enable fuel to be re-charged and to enable its reuse to be attained by a method wherein a fuel injection valve is provided with a porous sheet filter for preventing liquid fuel from being passed through it and capable of passing fuel in its gaseous state. ;CONSTITUTION: A fuel injection valve shaft 11 arranged on a porous sheet filter not capable of passing fuel in its liquid state but capable of passing fuel in its gaseous state is operated to close a lateral hole 20 for feeding in a fuel injection valve while being normally set upright so as to prevent a fuel injection from being carried out. When use, the fuel injection valve shaft 11 is inclined to cause the lateral hole 20 for feeding inlet port within the fuel injection valve shaft 11 to be opened and to inject fuel into a lighter and fed into it.
