PURPOSE:To ensure the formation of a fuel passage by fixing a sub-tank tightly after inserting a fixture, which presses a fuel passage peripheral edge and a parison ceiling wall of the sub-tank by energizing force of a spring when the sub-tank is set up in a parison serving as a fuel tank at the time of molding. CONSTITUTION:At the time of molding, a sub-tank 3 is installed in a parison 12 serving as a fuel tank. A fixture 15 consisting of a pair of members 17, 18 being energized by a spring 16 is inserted thereinto, making it press a peripheral edge of a fuel passage 3b of the sub-tank 3 with the member 17, and a ceiling wall 12a of the parison 12 opposite to the sub-tank 3 by the number 18, whereby this sub-tank 3 is fixed to the inside of the parison. With this constitution, the fuel passage is formable without entailing any thermal deformation, and the number of setting manpower is thus abatable.
