摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain an automatic selecting method of standard samples in the analysis of components which is designed to automatically select a standard sample ensuring the analyzing accuracy most favorably according to the analyzing method of a component. ;CONSTITUTION: An interference coefficient of a coexisting element is obtained for every target element in an interference component table for each analyzing method. An influence coefficient X is determined from the interference coefficient. If the influence coefficient X is larger than a preset threshold value, the change of the standard sample is conducted based on the interference component table set for each analyzing method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
