PURPOSE: To allow a wheelchair to freely pass a fence which prevents vehicles from entering. ;CONSTITUTION: Two passage openings 10a, 10b are formed facing each other at the entrance and exit of an area prohibiting vehicles from entering and a rotary frame 4 is provided to form a circular space 1 in plane view, wide enough to contain just two wheelchairs 2 in the inside. The rotary frame 4 is rotatable around a vertical axis and provided with an opening 5 as the entrance and exit at one position. When the opening 5 coincides with one 10a of passage openings, the other passage opening 10b is closed by the rotary frame 4 and when it coincides with the other 10b, the passage opening 10a is closed by the rotary frame 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
