PURPOSE:To collect the exact statistic information for each control table with no deterioration of the system performance by storing the statistic information showing the frequency of the exclusive control which refers to and updates the control tables for each table and updating each statistic information stored in each control table every time each control table is exclusively controlled. CONSTITUTION:Each control table includes a lock information memory area 1 which stores lock information, a statistic information memory area 3 which stores the statistic information showing the frequency of the exclusive control like the lock success and failure frequencies, etc., and an updating subject memory area 5 which stores many pieces of the updating subject information, i.e., various data for each purpose. The statistic information showing the frequency of the exclusive control which refers to and updates the control tables is stored for each control table. Then each statistic information stored in each control table is updated every time each control table is exclusively controlled. As a result, the statistic information showing the frequency of the exclusive control is exactly collected for each control table with no deterioration of the system performance.
