PURPOSE:To simply and hygienically treat and recover filth on road surface, etc., by scooping up filth by a rotary scraper revolving around a shaft from a recovery inlet, rotating and transporting the filth and successively feeding the filth to a recovery chamber. CONSTITUTION:A main body 1 of sweeper is equipped with a recovery chamber 2 in the interior and a recovery inlet 4 at the under surface. A vertically movable rotary scraper 6 is set ahead an opening part of the recovery chamber 2 and in the recovery inlet 4. The scraper 6 is rotated around a shaft by a driving source 8. Further, the filth remaining in the rotary scraper 6 is raked out by a rocking scraper 20 rockingly laid between the opening part of the recovery chamber 2 and the rotary scraper 6. Consequently, the filth on road surface, etc., can be simply and hygienically treated and recovered.
