PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the secondary lining work of a tunnel by movably installing a reinforced cylinder molding machine and a reinforcement installation machine into an excavating section while automatically disposing a reinforced cylinder molded at a specified position by a shifting machine and the installation machine. CONSTITUTION:A reinforced cylinder molding machine which has been used on the ground is arranged to a portal type section frame body 11 movable before and behind in a shield excavating section. A shifting machine 63 receiving a reinforced cylinder from the molding machine is mounted on the front side of the reinforced cylinder molding machine. An installation machine 74 installing the reinforced cylinder inside a segment 1a is set up movably to a circular rail 71. A reinforcing blank material is carried into a tunnel, and the reinforced cylinder is molded, shifted to the installation machine 74 and disposed automatically. Accordingly, the efficiency of the reinforcement construction of a tunnel secondary lining can be improved.
