METHOD FOR PRESETTING, DYEING AND PRINTING OF SILK OR SILK-TYPE FABRICS WITH ETCHING REACTIVE AND STABLE VAT DYES FOR WHITE AND COLOUR ETCHING

The method consists in changing the presetting of the fabrics of viscous rayon and viscous rayon and natural silk, and apart from prewashing, desizing and boiling off, peroxide bleaching of fabrics designed for white and colour etching is mandatorily carried out. Back gray of optical bleaching agent is formed with the fabrics of viscous rayon and viscose between the fibre and the dyeing film which does not substitute the colour in dyeing but which facilitates the etching of the reactive backgrounds. In natural silk fabrics the optical bleaching agent is batched in the printing board dye in printing. For dyeing of backgrounds for white and colour etching selected well-etching reactive dyes are used with exact instructions for curing. Fabrics designed for etch printing, after drying and before printing, are subjected to cleaning from fly, fibres and thread waste falling on them.
