Equipment for biologically treating waste water, in particular for large communal water treatment plants, associating the activating tanks with the separating tanks (9) for fluid filtration. An anoxic zone (3) of activation for denitrifying is created as a dividing channel for the distribution of raw water connected with the oxide zones (7) of the activation created between the separating walls (8) of the separating tanks (9) and the individual oxide zones (7) are mutually connected by connecting holes (14) and connecting shafts (15). Each lower part of the connecting shaft (15) has a collecting piping (17) connected to the pump (18) the discharge of which terminates in the anoxic zone (3) of the activation with the outlet (19) directed to the flow in the anoxic zone (3) of the activation and then to connecting passages (16). There are neighbouring oxide zones (7) of the activation on both ends of the oxide zone (7) of the activation which are mutually connected by the connecting passage units (20, 20') equipped with directing walls (21, 21').IMAGE
