One cover hinge has the skirt section (36) being at an angle of with spine near groove carrier (38). When building is completed and is closed, skirt portion constitutes the top of a wall. In discribed double-layer structure, total length (a1) is more than 4 meters, width (e) about 2.3 meters, 1 meter away from ground of maximum height (h).
