This invention describes a system to recover the lost heat from the exhaust gases from any boiler through a water heater heated by the exhaust gases of the boiler. From the exhaust gases of the boiler steam is produced at 125-130 degree C which is transferred to the steam boiler reducing its operation by 50%. The system has a damper to assist in drawing the chimney to counterbalance the fall in pressure of the exhaust gases due to their passage through the water heater; this is located on the chimney of the flexible outlet pipe for the exhaust gases from the water heater.
