The invention relates to the agriculture and may be used for vegetable seeds presawing treatment.Summary of the invention consists in the fact that the vegetable seeds are treated before the sawing with the blue alga Synechocystis Salina Wisel B-141 in concentration of 1,0-1,5g absolutely dry alga biomass per 1 litre of the solution during 2-3 hours.The technical result of the invention consists in the biostimulating activity of phytohosmones containing in the mentioned alga, and intensificate physiologic processes in the seeds, providing the seeds germination time decreasing up to 2-3 days.
