The present invention discloses improvements in movable low pressure L-1 blades of 300 mw vapor turbines, of the type having a concave-convex profile on its transversal section attached to a vibration absorbing belt on the ends thereof by a riveting process, and characterized in that they comprise blades having a single piece machined or forged bar with a concave-convex profile on its transversal section, which are attached by complete penetration welding at the blade end to exterior unitary belts having a "Z" shape in circumferential direction, which are constituted by laminated bars having the same material as the blades, which during turbine operation come into contact with each of the wheel blades on tilted surfaces of the belts, and in that the welding is of the type of TIG welding, plasma welding or electron beam welding.
