The present invention refers to an improved block which comprises the use of a mixture for joining the pieces together, allowing both a vertical and horizontal alignment of walls which are built therewith, which is possible due to the use of two longitudinal flanges in a tongue- and groove-like manner and of a male and female disposition in a transversal tongue and groove-like manner, as well as to the fact that a uniform thickness of the joints is guaranteed, which allows the walls to be both horizontaly and vertically joined together, due to two resulting cavities, one in the longitudinal sense and in the transversal sense, thus allowing the mixture to be housed therein and preventing the external surfaces of the piece from being exposed.
