TRI-SODIUM SALT OF 0{4-(N-ETHYL-N-PHENYLAMINO)-6-£4-METHYL-2- -SULPHOBENZENE-1-AZO-2-(1-HYDROXY-3,6-BISSULPHONAPHTH-1-YL)- -AMINO-1,3,5-TRIAZIN-2-YL}GALACTOMANNAN AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The colour substrate - tri-sodium salt of galactomannane, which can be applied for the activity determination closed to endo-beta-D-mananases, is being prepared based on the dissolution of galactomannan in water (temperature 20 up to 50 Celsius degrees) containing 2 up to 3 weight percent of alkali hydroxide and 0,4 up to 1 part of weight closed to tri-sodium salt of 2-chlor-4-(N-ethyl-N-phenylamino)-6-£4-methyl-2-sulphobenzene- -1-azo-2-(1-hydroxy-3,6-bissulphonaphth-1-yl)amino|-1,3,5- -triazine together with 1 up to 5 parts of weight, while the mentioned salt is soluble in 10 up to 50 parts of acetic acid alkali or mineral acid salt are added to the created solution, weight of water. This reaction mixture is mixing for 1 up to 3 hours, at the temperature of 40 up to 60 Celsius degrees and the reaction is completed based on the neutralisation with the use of the diluted solution closed to acetic or mineral acid, however the created colour trisodium salt of galactomannan is coagulated with the use of 2 up to 3 parts of volume closed to ethylalcohol with a concentration of 96 percent. The colorant which is not resumed is removed based on the washing.
