METHOD OF THE QUANTITATIVE MEASURE OF C - REACTIVE PROTEIN IN THE BLOOD SERUM

The quantitative measure of C - reactive protein in the blood serum is determined based on that principle, the blood serum is acted by the antiserum ACRP, while the component ratio is 1:1, and both of the above mentioned components are diluted in 1:1 ratio with the use of the buffer solution closed to phosphate in the concentration of 50 up to 70 mmol.l-1, which contain potassium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium hydrogen phosphate, with the pH value of 6,0 up to 8,0, which also contains 90 g.l-1 of polyethylene glycol with molecular weight 6000 and 2 up to 8 g.l-1 of detergent used for scintillation techniques.
