The present invention concerns a device for promoting the rehabilitation of the lower limbs, consisting of a steering column, terminating at the bottom in a little wheel, to be applied to the carrying structure of any wheelchair. At the two ends of said column there are internally supported two transverse pins, joined via a transmission chain; to the upper pin are applied two cranks with handles for manual actuation, by rotating which one achieves simultaneous rotation of the lower pin and of a pedal crank applied to it, to which are attached the feet of the user who needs to perform rehabilitation activities.
