Device for generating motive power produced inside it as a reaction to the maintenance of suitably controlled masses in non-resonating reciprocating motion, suitable for the traction/propulsion of any type of vehicle, including space vehicles, without the need for supports external to it. Innovative device particularly suitable for traction/propulsion and for supporting suitable vehicles above the ground and for moving them in and between levels, with particular reference to vehicles for military defence and for civil protection. The device has the claimed capacity of traction/propulsion and of supporting above the ground without the usual external supports such as wheels for traction or propulsion on the ground, propellers or wings in air or in water, expulsion of reactive masses by turbojets for flights in the atmosphere or for rocket flights both in the atmosphere and in space, and of being capable of being additionally driven by atomic and photon energy and additionally along sidereal routes.
