The finding is applicable specifically in the geo-technical sector of Civil Engineering, in regard to environmental pollution, of improvement of all the problem of drainage of natural land, or absorbable material of any other nature, at middle-low and low permeability. The invention obviously also applicable in conditions of permeability more elevated, is a pumping system made through the insertion of drainage covered with artificial filtering elements (geo-textile), forced recall of the liquid through a series aspirations at high suction and its expulsion through a hose. The finding make possible: the consolidation with consequential abatement of the neutral pressure, the knocking down of the artificial recall of the stratum and anyway the forced lowering of the content of the liquid present in natural land or in absorbable material of any other nature.IMAGE
