The full sky project is the realisation of a rotating aiming system of linear geometry with two degrees of freedom that are completely arbitrary. The full sky project is designed to intercept artificial spatial radiating objects operating in geosynchronous and polar conditions. The two arbitrary degrees of freedom make it omnidirectional for points in the entire visible sky. The linearity of the operating geometry allows the intercepting of these radiating spatial objects to occur in exact mode for maximum efficiency of the receiving means.
