Modular device for the self-discipline of road traffic for preventing accidents in any weather or traffic conditions

This apparatus has essentially two aims: 1) Active prevention of road accidents; 2) Possibility of contained costs thanks to its high modularity and therefore accessibility to the greater public. The aim of this apparatus is to make it possible for the drivers of any vehicle, provided with a speedometer, on which it is installed, to immediately learn from acoustic signals (and therefore without always having to check the speedometer) when they are exceeding the permitted speed limit for that stretch of road or in the current weather conditions, to also learn from acoustic signals when they are not respecting the safety distance, and to be warned by a short-distance radio device if there are any dangers to traffic in the section of road they are about to enter. The device can also be used to automatically and electronically penalise excess speeding.
