Haemostatic divaricator for inserting microislands of hair-bearing skin which can be used in the context of surgical techniques for correcting androgenic and scarring-induced alopecia, having the shape of a straight prism 2 of triangular cross-section fitted with a rod 3 for handling the same, projecting perpendicular from one of the surfaces 1 of triangular shape.
