Machine for screen-printing on flat items such as glass 2 and the like, comprising at least four fixed uprights 10 supporting parallel horizontal beams 20 on which a bridge 30 travels carrying the printing means 40, and a supporting table 3 for the glass 2 in which the bridge 30 is able to move lengthwise but is fixed in the direction at right angles to the supporting table 3 of the glass 2; connected to each pair of aligned uprights 10 is a guide 60, for supporting a counterframe 90 supporting the printing frame 4, movable translationally parallel to itself and at right angles to the plane of the glass 2 by means of corresponding devices 70, 64, 75 and rotationally with respect to the plane of the glass 2 by means of other devices 80, 64, 75 synchronised with the movement of the squeegee 41.
