A watertight container 2 is located in a zone of the layout sensitive to temperature increase resulting from a severe incident and it contains a fluid 3 able to change its state when it reaches the temperature produced by the incident, creating in the container 2 a pressure and/or a temperature such as to open a separating disk 5 located in a conduit 4 which places the inside of the container in communication with a means 8 that utilises the pressure coming from the container to reduce the consequences of the incident.
