METHOD FOR THE DISPOSAL OF RIVER OR STREAM FLOODWATERS AND MEANS OF ACTUATION

This method for disposing of river and stream floodwaters consists of increasing the speed of flow of the water by means of driving propellers. These propellers are driven by motors, preferably electric, and mounted on platforms resting with their offshoots on the bottom of the river to actuate the motors as soon as the level of the river makes these platforms float. When used in a stream, these propellers are installed in a high-pressure pipe located at its centre for following its path. IMAGE
