This invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition having an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and biomodulating action against acute and chronic conditions of the soft parts and the osteoarticular support. The composition which is particularly used in human beings contains from 2 to 4% of quinine dihydrochloride, from 2 to 4% by weight of ethyl urethane, from 1-9 to 10-5% by weight of formalin and 90-95% by weight of distilled water.
