The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing insulated modular elements, able to be assembled together for the construction of improved flues, with high thermal insulation. The present method comprises a step involving connection of a male collar, at an axial end of an outer tubular body, the male collar having a flange which extends radially towards the inside of the outer tubular body. A layer of thermally insulating material is arranged inside the outer tubular body and, a female collar is connected, at the other end of the outer tubular body, said female collar defining a seat able to receive coaxially the male collar of another modular element. The female collar has, moreover, a flange which projects radially towards the inside of the outer tubular body.
