HARNESS FOR SECURING AN OBJECT TO A SUPPORT AND A METHOD OF USE THEREOF

A harness for securing an object to a supportcomprises a flexible longitudinal strap member having firstand second opposite end portions and an intermediateportion between the end portions. First and second strapportions having respective inner portions and respectiveouter end portions, are connected to the intermediateportion such that the first and second strap portionsextend transversely to the longitudinal member. Connectorsare provided for connecting respective outer end portionsof the first and second strap portions to the first endportion of the longitudinal member to form a cradle. Thirdand fourth strap portions having respective inner portionsand respective outer end portions are also connected to theintermediate portion such that the third and fourth strapportions extend transversely to the longitudinal member.Connectors are provided for connecting together respectiveouter end portions of the third and fourth strap portionsto secure same about an object. A stretchable elastic loopis connected to the second end portion of the longitudinalmember. The loop is operable to receive the supporttherein such that the support extends through the loop andsuch that the loop embraces the support.
