Easy opening device specially adapted for packaging in a flexible film (3) having a line of weakest tear resistance (4) characterized in that it comprises a flexible and substantially inextensible piece (5) such as a label , a film or a piece of film, attached to the external face of the film (3), placed astride the line of weakest resistance (4), comprising, with regard to this line (4), separation means ( 6) of the part (5) in two parts (7a, 7b), normally inactive when the package (3) is closed and made active as a result of sufficient traction exerted by the user; means (8) for reciprocal securing of the film (3) and the part (5), on either side of the line of weakest resistance (4) and at the location of the two parts (7a, 7b) ; and means (9) for manual entry of at least one of the two parts (7a, 7b) capable of allowing, once implemented and the separation means (6) made active, the separation of the two parts (7a , 7b) and the opening of the packaging.
