摘要

The invention relates to a process for producing a sensitive single-layersystem for the optical determination of a concentration of an analyte, e.g.oxygen, in which the analyte can be examined in a liquid or gaseous aggregatestate or in solution, by absorption, luminescence or luninescence washing ofan indicator sensitive to the analyte which is preferably permanentlyimmobilised in the optical beam path. The sensitive single-layer system isdesigned thereby to have a reproducible and very short response. To this endindicators are adsorbed on a filler, whereafter a mixture is made with amatrix material permeable to the analyte to be determined. The mixture is thenapplied under pressure to a substrate and the layer thickness is determined bythe pressure applied. The sensitive layer applied is polymerised,polycondensed or cured and also homogenised by soaking in a fluorescenceindicator solution.
