KICK TRAINING TOOL FOR COMPETITION EXERCISE

A kick training tool for a competition exercise, which enables more effectively and efficiently practising at kick in order to effectively train a competition exercise such as taekwondo, aikido, karate, kung-fu and kickboxing, and is suitable not only for study and training of a fundamental kicking, but also for those of a special kicking for a high-rank player. Conventional kick training tools involve problems in that they occupy a large space in a training hall, cannot guarantee a variety of kick trainings in accordance with the physical properties and the training grade of a trainee, and cannot effectively withstand strong shocks, resulting in repeated damages and shorter service life. The kick training tool of the invention comprises a post for holding the entire kick training tool and fixing the kick training tool at a ceiling and a floor in a training hall; securing means for connecting target portions to the post and adjusting levels and angles at which the target portions are fixed; target connecting means for connecting the target portions to the securing means and affording adjustment (change of direction) of horizontal and vertical installation angles of the target portions; and the target portions connected to the target connecting means and adapted to be adjusted in angles in horizontal and vertical directions. With such arrangement, the above various problems are solved, and free adjustment of levels and angles of the target portions, an appropriate utilization of space, a high durability and a long service life can be ensured.
