Treatment of gas effluents from a Kraft process using undecylenic and/or undecynoic acid derivatives

Process for the treatment of discharge gases contg. volatile organic sulphur cpds. produced by the Kraft process, uses a mixt. of sodium hydroxide and sodium sulphide (white liqueur) with at least one alkyl ester and/or polyalkylene or a undecylenic acid salt and/or undecylic acid salt. Also claimed is the white liqueur and black liqueur used in the claimed process.
