In order to increase the measurement accuracy and reduce the maintenance outlay in the case of a measuring device (1) using the Coriolis force, it is proposed that the rotary table of the measurement wheel (4) is constructed as a conical internal shell (14), and that the centre line (12) formed between the internal shell (14) and external shell (13), of the guide blades (5) is aligned at an acute angle (x) relative to the axis (3) of the measurement wheel (4). Furthermore, it is proposed that the measurement wheel (4) is mounted on a boom which is guided laterally out of the housing (16) and is supported at its external end on a load cell (7) of the torque measuring device (9).
