The invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing, in a cosmetically acceptable aqueous medium, at least one nonionic surfactant of the alkylpolyglycoside family and/or one polyglycerolated nonionic surfactant and at least one polydimethylsiloxane/polyoxyalkylene block copolymer, as well as to a cosmetic treatment process which consists in applying a cosmetically effective amount of this composition to keratinous substances.
