The insulating plates are fixed to the supporting structure by dowels or similar fastening systems. To prevent the fixing dowel from coming out, the insulating plate has a large-mesh structure spanning the main surface of the plate. The size of the dowel heads engaging through the mesh as well as the mesh width of same are matched with each other so that the dowel heads engage over the individual mesh.
