Holding and supporting device for fixing trees and large bushes on locations with vertically limited substrate volume (flat roofs and underground garages)

The support holder has a baseplate (1) arranged underneath the root ball with several outwardly displaceable support rods (2) mounted radially on it to enlarge the standing surface. Holders for fixing the root ball or a stem are provided. These holders can be upwardly inclined bars (8) fixed on the support rods and together forming the root ball holder. Their position can be adapted to the size of the relevant root ball by the displaceable support rods. A wooden triangle can be used to fix the root ball. The triangle can be connected to the holding bars by a tension wire.
