Disclosed is a method for installing a robot in narrow area. A guide rail 2 is installed at the inlet 30 of the work stage. Rollers are installed at back side of the robot so that the robot comes into the work stage as a ling state. A roller is locked at the middle of the guide rail 2, and the robot is moved to the work-start location in a standing status. Thereby, movement and maintenance of the robot are performed conveniently in narrow area.
