By controlling all the motors(M1-M11) in the ship, the main body of the submarine(1) can be moved up and down, forward and backward, by turning the camera box(10) up and down, right and left, the underwater exploration can be conducted in the ship through the image of the video camera of the camera box(10). Therefore, when the object of the research appears in the display of the ship, the main body of the submarine(1) can be moved to the position of the object and by controlling the articulations from 1st to 6th(21)-(26), a pair of fingers(30)(31) provided in the 6th articulation(26) is capable of taking hold of the object without fail.
