AUTOMATIC WINDING METHOD OF STATOR COIL AND BRUSH OF A GENERATOR

A method of automatically wiring a stator coil and a commutator of an electric generator is disclosed. An automatic wiring apparatus(M) has two operators(130 and 230). The method comprises a position determination process(C) and a clamping process(C). The position determination process is performed by the position determination operator(130) and by this process a coil(3) of the stator(2) is fixed and positioned to the commutator(4). Meanwhile, the clamping process(C) is performed by the clamping operator(23) and by this process the commutator(4) and an assembly of the coil are strongly clamped. Since, thereby, the wiring is automatically performed, a production reliability is increased, and the costs of the manufacturing is decreased.
