The present invention applies a point-to-point scheme, and simplifies the transmitted frame format into one byte of flag bytes and information bytes, and transmits / receives a full-duplex apparatus so that only the simplified frame can be transmitted. And a two-byte signal transmission apparatus in a cable-TV network that enables information transmission / reception without complex buffer control or frame check sequence (FCS) in the cable-TV network. Unlike the processing of the complex signal information used in the existing communication network applied to the cable-TV, the cable-TV network only needs to transmit and receive subscriber channel selection information and maintenance information. The flag value is created and inserted into the hardware to transmit information, eliminating the need for complicated puffer control and frame check sequence (FCS) functions. It also provides a very simple network by eliminating the need for an address field using a point-to-point approach.
