DESIGN METHOD OF OXYGEN SUPPLY LANCE

In a system for feeding oxygen in order to enhance combustion efficiency of a solid fuel, the lance has an interior pipe(1) discharging coals and a space between an exterior pipe(2) and the interior pipe(2) being charged with oxygen. The internal pressure of a furnace is around 3.5 kg/cm2 and the inner diameter of the interior pipe(1) is 0.0217 m, with the inner diameter of the exterior pipe(2) being 0.0258 m. An oxygen outlet(3) between the interior pipe(1) and the exterior pipe(2) is provided with a swirl having four blades each of which is 5mm in width and 5 mm high.
