The lead in the three-component or four-component piezoelectric ceramic composition;[Pb (Mn 1/3 Sb 2/3 ) 0 3 ] x [PbZrO 3 ] y [PbTiO 3 ] z;(X + y + z = 1), or by reducing the lead in the piezoelectric ceramic composition by a partial amount of calcium. Barium or strontium so that the reduction of lead improves the mechanical output by blocking the undesired segregation of the lead composition at the grain interface of the three or four component piezoelectric ceramic composition.
